Refund policy

We want you to love your gift and be 100% happy with it so if you do need to return we do have a have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return, please note the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Please note we are unable to accept the return of any perishable item, such as food or drink. If your order was purchased as a ready to go box, the inclusion of these items makes these boxes non-refundable.

If you purchased a create your own box, you may return any non-perishable items for a refund within the time frame mentioned above.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused  and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that items lost in the post are not our responsibility, so we strongly suggest choosing a reliable, trackable shipping method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,  the refund will be issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method  within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@lovegifting.com.au.
