Shipping Policy

At Love Gifting, we know how exciting it is to receive (or send) a thoughtful gift, so we aim to pack and dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other peak gifting seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post.

Shipping options and pricing are displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: From $12.95

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

Please note that Express Post speeds up the delivery service once your parcel has been dispatched, but it does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

As a general guide:

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: Approximately 1–4 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather events, carrier delays and peak shipping periods.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Love Gifting cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update your order before it has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by them.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll happily assist by lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Damaged Parcels

We take great care when packing every gift box.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged items. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Authority to Leave

If you choose to give the carrier authority to leave your parcel, Love Gifting cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.

Sending a Gift

Sending your order directly to someone special?

Every Love Gifting order includes the option to add a complimentary handwritten gift message at checkout. We never include pricing information inside gift orders.
